the desired theme, various ideas, size, body parts, etc. 

You may attach my works as inspiration.

(Please do not send other artists' work.)

The biggest difference between Custom tattoo / Freehand tattoo is 

whether or not you can see the design beforehand. 

Since you can only modify the design once,

it is best to clearly indicate your desired direction during consultation.
